Thomas Roe, Certified Personal Trainer and founder of No Gym Fitness™

As a competitive athlete for years, I understand how getting in shape and back to the basics of being physically fit pave the way for more challenging athletic and fitness endeavors.

The building blocks of fitness that made me a successful athlete (and keep me and my clients in shape today) begin with strength training, proper technique, creating goals and executing fitness plan to make it all happen. It’s the basics that enable strength and quickness, speed and endurance that lead to athletic victories.

It is this tried and true philosophy that enabled my football and track career over the years and will help you reach your fitness goals, too. And it’s achieved through professional instruction, positive reinforcement and SAFE full body exercises.

With more than 20 years of fitness and sports experience, my life is centered on being fit. As a Certified Personal Trainer, my passion lies in training, teaching and inspiring my clients to challenge themselves and learn a better way of life.
